Add Move permission

Hello,

I want to add move permission for item...

I've tested different deleting in itemMove.inc as deleting the test of right deleting, but no change.

I would like my users can move item but can't deleting them ...

Please excuse my english

How works the move fonction (Delete+ Insert or just Insert)and which are tables modified in the database?
