SETUP file

The file named simply SETUP appears to be missing from the ZIP file. This seems to be causing me some major problems - i.e. I can not install the gallery. Anyone care to help me out by e-mailing me this file to

?

I guarantee that the "setup" directory exists in the zip file. Check again.
