How can I mass move a bunch of albums?

I keep an album called "Latest Photos" where I always create my new albums as subalbums. I later move these subalbums under other parent albums later.

For example, I have albums SF, NY, LA, etc etc. But I want a person to quickly see my newest albums so I always throw them under "Latest" and then later move them under SF, NY, LA or wherever they go.

Is there a way I can mass move a bunch of albums? Or a way to do it via drag and drop in some UI?

Currently I have to select the album, select Move Album, find the destination album, and do that for every album one by one. Ideas?
