Shopping cart - cannot hold more than 41 items

Hello.
I have a shopping cart problem
I cannot put more than 41 images.
If I try to put more image in the cart, the cart becomes empty.

Also, I cannot put entire album in the cart.

Is this a known issue, is there a fix?
