Transfer images & user ID's from old Gallery2 to my new Gallery2

I'm having problems with my old gallery so I'm starting from scratch partly. I have 2 gallery's up the new one and the old one. I want to move over albums and users ID's and passwords to the new one. I can't use Gallery1 import option, as far as I know. So how would I so it. My old and new gallery spec's are on the included text file. Thank you
