I'm having an issue to which I've not been able to find an answer. One of my gallery albums is for hosting auction photos. I would like to use direct links in the auctions, but I'm having trouble with the links to photos that have been edited within Gallery2. Editing has been simple rotations to change the orientation of photos. When I select the "Get Item URLs" page, the URL for a particular photo links to the unrotated version.

I read another thread where someone was trying to modify a theme, but it was not clear to me how to apply the suggested solution to a direct URL versus the theme syntax. The other thread: http://gallery.menalto.com/node/64047

Here is an example of a photo that shows properly when you use the Gallery view link: http://www.2synapses.com/gallery2/v/raptor/IMGP0429.JPG.html?g2_imageViewsIndex=1
versus the direct link: http://www.2synapses.com/gallery2/d/923-1/IMGP0429.JPG

Could someone explain how this translates to direct URLs for me, please?

I'd also like to thank the developers for creating and maintaining this great piece of software, and the helpful forum members that answer questions. Pretty much everything I've needed to know I've been able to find with no hassles, and I could only wish (saying this as a systems administrator by profession) that commercial software was as easy to install and set up.

Thanks again,
