Where does this pluggin pull the gallery code from. I can't tell if it generates itself of if it pulls from one of the theme templates. |

The answer does depend a little however the answer is yes to using Gallery2 Templates..
A) Sidebar, and blog images then the output via an internal template within the WPG2 plugin.
B) Output in the WPG2 Page then that content is directly controlled by the Gallery2 Smarty template, thus dependant on your Gallery2 theme..
