Altering the Login Box

Can someone tell me how i get rid of the icon in the username and password box, i want to make my login box look a bit more upto date.
I want the icons gone and if possible change the "username" text and background colour for the cells.

Also my "username" cell is right aligned in relation to the "password" cell, any ideas how to change this? www.aceoftrades.co.uk if you want to see what im on about.
