pictures not showing up the show up as Thumbnail pic

i have just installed this gallery agian after my website crashed had to reinsiall everything.I installed the gallery the same way i did before my picturs are now showing up as the thumbnail it self no matter what pic i up load

i have php nuke 8.0 updated to raven nuke
