Theme Setup and help with basic questions

Hi,

I would like to hire someone to set up a theme for my photo albums and answer a few basic questions that I have. Even though I read the FAQS and "Getting Started" pages, it did not help me much...way too technical for my basic questions... I find that once someone gives a helping hand, I can generally take it from there.

I have a logo/banner that I'd like to use and a good idea on how the albums should look like so it shouldn't take a person long to set it up for me. It's for a genealogy website that I maintain...
