Wanted: paid coder for Votings/Rating fix

Hello,
I'd like someone who can help with a fix between the gallery1 voting system, and the gallery 2 voting system.

maybe this can even be proposed and re-integrated into the code. Here's what I'd like

1- Fix the upgrade
Using the gallery1 migration plugin do these steps
for each item in the migration table:
i. Lookup the voting data in gallery1 (value 1-5)
ii. add a vote to rating table in gallery2 (value 1-5)
(a more advanced fix would involve averaging the number of votes

2- Modify the voting summary from gallery 1 to read the ratings data from gallery 2
i. (and maybe add it as a new type of block?) the code is all there for this, it just needs to update how it is read from ratings...

I'm hoping we could get these changes re-integrated into gallery2.

This is a paid job, and I don't have a lot of money right now, but I'm reasonable (I used to be a programmer as well.)
I do believe that we should release the result to the gallery base so everyone may use it. I think gallery 2 could really use this for driving repeat viewers to the site (people like to see how the picture they vote for is doing!).
