"Internal Server Error" 500 and nothing goes

Hello All,
my Gallery 2.4 is crashing with an "Internal Server Error":

I've tried to set Gallery in Debug Mode, but there happens nothing, also when I tried to get the Supportsession http://www.trueten.de/gallery2/lib/support/index.php so I can't give more Information.

What next? Can i make a new Installation and then import my g2data / Albums into? But then the Urls from all the pics are away...
