Need someone with experience to migrate from v1.4.4-pl6

I tried (when Gallery 2 was first released) to migrate my friend's web site from v1.4.4-pl6, but failed miserably. I did a lot of customization on the original installation, which you can see here:

I don't have the knowledge or time to go back in and fix everything that isn't transferring over correctly, so I'm hoping there's a "Gallery Guru" here that can do it for a reasonable fee.

The only reason I even need to do this is because I host her web site for free, along with a bunch of my other friends' sites, under a reseller account with Hosting With Us. But they're giving me a hard time about some of the other sites (they don't like the shirtless photos -- of men! -- and they keep disabling some of the scripts I'm running on the other sites), so I've moved all of the other web sites over to MidPhase, which also costs half as much, which is nice. However, Midphase only offers a more recent version of PHP, which doesn't support the original version of Gallery.

Unfortunately, since I can't move Monette's photography site, I've still had to pay $18/month for the past year to Hosting With Us, along with the $9/month to MidPhase, so I'm effectively out $216/year until I move Monette's site.

So anyway, there's my situation. If there's anyone who thinks they can manage to migrate http://www.momomonette.net to Gallery 2 and keep the existing layout and functionality (some minor changes are acceptable), please email me at veronica (at) bicoastallending.com and let me know what you need from me, and what you would charge for this service.
