I'm having a problem with my gallery 2 installation. This morning I've uploaded a big picture. As usual, my hosting provider was having problems, and displayed a "500 Internal Server Error" message. When I tried to go back, my Gallery started to show an Error (ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE).
What I did:
- I've followed the instructions showed in the FAQ (link) and there was no need to modify g2_sequenceID because it contained only 1 record and it was largest than the largest record in g_id
- I went to my g2data directory and deleted the file that I've uploaded before the problem.
- Went to Manteinance and deleted the Database cache and template cache.
