Sidebar issues

Hi

Im using Wordpress 2.2.1 and Gallery 2.2.2 on my site http://ourRTW.com.

I want to add a random image in my sidebar but have some questions:

- How do you add the random image to the dynamic wordpress sidebar widgets? I've tried to add the code to a text widget but you cannot add php code, just html and js. (Ive added it manually to the sidebar.php but can only add it on the top or bottom of the sidebar)
- How do you change the hyperlink to go to the custom wp gallery page (e.g. http://ourrtw.com/wp-gallery2.php?g2_itemId=1881) and not the normal gallery page (e.g. http://ourrtw.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=1881)if you click on the thumbnail in the sidebar?
