registration module problem

Hi,

I've been having a problem when users are trying to register on my gallery implementation,
I just did a total reinstall on a total new linux box to make sure that something else wasn't missing ... please if anyone has a clue ...
I've upgraded to the latest 2.3-svn

I get a 'new user registration' mail with following body:

New user registration:

Username: test23
Full name: sdf
Email:

Activate or delete this user here

When I click the link I just get the registration admin properties page ( and I'm not able to accept the registration), apparently the 'navid' part is missing in the url ...

Does anyone have an idea of what might be going wrong here ?
