Having nightmares with WPG2. HELP!

Hello, I recently upgraded to WP2.5.1 and WPG2 3.0.6 and ever since my life has not been the same I have a fairly popular sites and 100s of posts with embedded pics from gallery using WPG2 I have been having all kinds of issues. #1 The pics which were embedded using "Full size image with link to Gellery page [HTML]" option show a 404 error when clicked upon the image. #2 The pics which are embedded in the posts using WPG2 tags sometime show "invalid something..." error. Sometime I am able to see the thumbnails but when i click on them I get a blank page. Sometimes the place where the thumbnails are supposed to show up i get a numbered string such as 848384868488849084928494. Sometimes i get a 500 error. I have tried deactivating / activating / reinstalling the plugins many times and every time there is a new kind of error. Funny thing is that under the WPG2 settings everything is marked OK and there is no error of any kind. I have been breaking my head over this for the past two days and tried all that i could without any success!!! I am seriously thinking about switching to some other plugin for showing images / galleries on my site but unfortunately there is no good alternative. Pls anyone help me with this!!! I would be really greatful if someone can look at my site and fix it (at one point the thumbnails worked then went back to generating errors so i suppose there is some hope). PLS HELP!!! |
