Also in Gallery 2 Users, cannot grant Gallery 2 Access to users. Loops and returns to same page with no action.

Further testing shows that this error occurs when an existing Wordpress User attempts to log who is not already a user in Gallery. Unfortunately I have over 3000 of these users. If I deinstall WPG2 plugin, login to Wordpress occurs without problem.

is there a fix for this I have this error as well link below to my post if anyone finds out a fix for this I would really appreciate it

I have worked out the issue, it seems to be occurring when the link between WP and G2 user cannot be established which normally would result in the G2 user being created but because WP password still being in the wrong 2.5 format, the create gets rejected thus Gallery2 cannot locate a valid user and returns this exception..
I know what I have to do to fix this but it is not a quick change as I have to restructure the logic which is going to take some hours to complete..

Thanks for the reply. If you need any help in the testing phase let me know. I am staying live witn 2.51 and WPG2 3.06 and handling exceptions one by one.
