SEF url error at wordpress

Hi.
I am trying to describe the problem in my own bad english with hope that you can understand me. :(

I am using the latest version of Gallery2 and latest version Wordpress. After have installed WPG2 everythings works fine and perfect than the SEF URLS. SEF urls works in wordpress but the problem is, I am using /%postname%/ as custom url for my wordpress. When I active WPG2, then my custom url structure changes automatically to /%postname% (without the slash in the last). This brokes my Wordpress feed url too.

To understand what I mean, please try to change your custom url structure in wordpress to this "/%postname%/" and save settings. Then come back to the page and see the saved custom url structure. You will see this "/%postname%" instead of "/%postname%/".

I am looking forward to hear from you developers or anyone who can give me a solutions.

Anyway thanks for this wonderful script. :)

Hiya sarangan,

Yes the WPG2 plugin trims all trailing /'s from the end of the permalink rules as the URL's being generated by these rules are incorrect which will cause the Gallery2 rewrite links to be incorrect and the Gallery2 images to be broken with 404's errors..

Also the Permalink rule you are using is invalid, please read the Wordpress Codex Topic regarding this..
