[title] new module - dynamic albums based on item title

The module 'title' is now in the repository (should be available for download in a few hours) which provides two dynamic album views, one showing items whose titles begin with a given character string, and the other showing items whose titles contain a given character string.

Syntax is as follows:

...main.php?g2_view=title.Begin&g2_chars=xxx

and:

...main.php?g2_view=title.Contain&g2_chars=xxx

Both views are limited to the first 100 items, if there are more than this.

There are also two shortforms for the urlrewrite module:

/contain/xxx

and:

/begin/xxx

There are (so far) two blocks - one is a javascript-enabled search box, the other a list of initial letters A-Z. Try them out.
