How to create a Link to User Album from a portal?

Hello,
i've got a little problem here.
I dont know how to create a link to useralbum from outside gallery ...
How to get the damn AuthToken ? :(

Cant figure it out, if somebody would help me with some code snips, i'll be really thankful.
