after config the g2 still not work !! system : w2k + apache + mysql |

Change your debug level to buffered so you can get some error information.
Most likely though if your using the 2002 - 07 - 2003 build from Sarva's site, some files are missing (else they havent finished changing whatever they are doing), namely the core* files, so use the 2003-07-12 build.
