"On the Select Gallery page, enter Gallery v1 albums dir path (absolute filesystem path). (This is in your config.php for gallery1). Click Submit."

I am NOT very technical, but every path I put in there is wrong. What do I have to do to get this to work?

I have read the entire help/FAQ and installation directions and nothing helps out.

I need the absolute path and have no idea what it is.. they suggest /var/www and it doesn't work

G2 URL: www.ahearnfamily.com/gallery
g2 version: latest
G1 URL: www.ahearnfamily.com/g1
g1: version 1.5 (installed in 2005)

I have no idea what the latest mean, but I have both installed correctly.. all I need to know is how I get to 'g1' as an absolute path. The URl that is asking is the import link from the site admin.

ok...so i got the absolute path from the hosting company, but it is giving me an invalid url still... I can tell it is the true one, because it is populating other options and folders on the server..

I choose the /g1 and nothing happens

He probably found the actual path. Did you get the migration module working?
