Set Permissions on User LAbums

Hello,

I know this topic has already been posted, but there was no answer to this.

So I'll try:
Is there a possibility to give the owner of an user album the following permissions:
- Add, View Comments
- Add, Remove, Rename Sub-Albums (Don't change Permissions and so on)
- Add, Remove, Rename Elements on User- and its Subalbums

I hope there is a possibility...
