wordpress against WPG2

Hi,
i have one or more problem with WPG2

if WPG2 works the page of Wordpress didnt works

this is the error log when i watch wordpress page or article

Hiya Van Basten,

Please navigate to your Gallery2 Site Admin panel and DEACTIVATE the Rewrite plugin, as it appears it cannot correctly determine how to generate the correct path / URL. This should correct the errors from being displayed

although i deactive rewrite there are another problem
all link of page in my website after deactive go to http://www.mondoneve.it/http:/main.php

and the screenshot is equal

Sorry I am not sure what you mean here, are you referring to the warning that is in the screenshot?? That should not be stopping validation of the WPG2 plugin..

gallery2 seems to be incompatible with wp, which I turn off the rewriting or not the rest of pages wordpress do not work ...

I do not know if the problem appears on the screen centres something with this

Actually it is more like something in your hosting environment that is not playing well with Gallery2 / Wordpress rewrite rules mixed together. Sorry but this is not something we can just fix for you. We can check the basics starting with what is your Wordpress Permalink rule?

My wordpress permalink rule is this:
/%category%/%postname%

you have reason, if wpg2 rewrite is active then there are problem but if it is deactive there aren't problem...

Using only %postname% is not recommended infact has been known to cause many an issue.. Please have a read of the Wordpress codex regarding this..

Try setting your WP permalink rules to numeric and see how that goes..

Sorry but very little more I can do to help you. As the WPG2 rewrite page states, rewrite rules do not work for all hosting environments and in your case sadly this is true.

I know Gallery2 2.3 has made some changes to the way the Rewrite Module works. Possibly this may correct your issue.

now i want change the name of gallery

the name is WPG2 but i want "foto"
how can I do?

Navigate to Wordpress -> Manage -> Pages -> Edit WPG2 Page and Change Title
