[checkoutnochex] New module/payment method for Checkout

Here's a new module that connects the checkout eCommerce module to the Nochex (www.nochex.com) Credit/Debit card processor.

Nochex is a UK-only alternative to paypal for low-volume websites. Basic ('seller') accounts are free and allow transactions up to £100.

Merchant accounts are £50 to set up, and allow higher transaction values (up to £1000) and improved customisation options.

As far as this module is concerned, it's new, so I'd appreciate some testing and feedback from checkout users with the free seller accounts that nochex offer.
