Search only custom fields

Hi,

I am putting a lot of information into my Custom Fields on my individual photographs and I want the search to only bring up results found in the custom fields.

How can I default to search custom fields?

Also, I want the Photo name to show in those search results rather than just in the tooltip - how would I do that?
