Adding banner into a theme

Hye everybody,
I've chosen to use the Slider theme in my gallery (G2) and I'd like to add my banner to every album in it. I'v followed the instructions in the How to:Themes section, but that only adds my banner to a logged on user. I'd like my banner to appear immediately when the page is shown.
ideas?

Without seeing the code you added I can't tell for sure, but it sounds like you have it in the middle of an if statement that only runs for a logged in user.
