gallery frontpage needed

I use serbanc modules that provide some basic CMS functionality to gallery without the need to embed the gallery to a third party application.
I would like to have a gallery frontpage that the user will land after his login and can provide information about the user, his galleries, his profile, etc. A very good example is the forntpage of Serbanc's site at www.e-poze.ro. I have no coding capabilities and I'm willing to pay for the time spend.
