Add Items in existing Albums (added by Administrator)

	The Gallery2 is really a great project and I appreciate the efforts in building this huge... I wonder if I can do something like following in my Gallery2: - Only administrator can add/delete Albums. - Registered users can only add items to the existing albums created by Administrator. Can anyone help me on this!
