Blank output with Bluehost... was working?

A few weeks ago I had to take down my WPG2 gallery after some freak occurance kept it from displaying proper outputs. Before, when I was playing with different settings I'd have this happen with different rewrite settings between WPG2 and Gallery... now, with the settings that HAVE been working for a long time I'm getting a blank output page. Even with different rewrite settings I'm consistently getting blank pages.

After doing some research I found that this could be a memory problem and went about configuring a custom setting in a folder-specific php.ini (Per bluehost's recommendation - only way to edit memory allocation). I've put it in my blog home, my gallery home, and even in the lib/smarty folder which seemed to work for another user.

When I access my WPG2 url, I get a blank page and this error comes up in my logs:

Is the Zend error related? Does the second error support the memory issue? Where can I go from here?

Unfortunately you need to chase up your Webhost about this error. It appears when they have built php they did not properly configure the path in php.ini to the ZEND extension..
