Image block not displaying (*Function not Configured*)

Just updated wordpress and wpg2 with my group's website.
But now the random image block in my sidebar does not work anymore. Instead it displays *Function not Configured*

I tried reinstalling wpg2 and configuring the settings. One interesting issue to note is that under the WPG2 tab of the wordpress dashbord window, the "Sidebar Block" tab loads a blank page. Also loading a blank page underneath the tabs are the "Gallery2 Rewrites" tab and the "WPG2 Tags" tab.

Hiya kamikazy,

Sounds like you got some kind of corruption, try uninstalling WPG2 plugin, removing all the files in the WPG2 Directory and installing the WPG2 Plugin..

I too have found the sidebar displaying *Function not Configured*
Mine actually says the following three lines,
Pseudorandom
Sidebar Block
* Function Not Configured *

After looking for 2 hours, I have found how to reproduce this. If, in Site Admin, you go to 'WPG2', then to 'Sidebar Block', and you check any 'ADDITIONAL OPTIONS' WITHOUT checking anything in 'Display Blocks', then 'Save Changes'. When you view your site, you will get this error. If you then remove the checks in 'Additional Options' the error STILL does not go away on the main page.

To replicate Kamikazy's error, you go to design, then Widgets, and add WPG2 Sidbar widget... then repeat the above steps and the error occurs. This, however goes away after you uninstall the widget.

I am using the VSLIDER 3.2 theme with WPG2 3.0.7

Anyone have any ideas?
