How active the SideBar?

Hi, i think while installation i desactived the SideBar... now i see that the side bar is the only option for add album's and pic's..then how ill re-active the SideBar?

Edit album, theme tab, blocks to show on the sidebar, add the actions, items you want.

thanks, but my problem is other....

I cant use the SideBar ... is blocked.... i cant add album, edit album, etc., because the sidebar is not working... i think while installation i desactived the SideBar...

If you deactivated action(s) in the sidebar, then there is a link at the bottom.
If you customized a template file and removed the sidebar that way ... then remove your customizations.
