Error when user are registering to WordPress site

User ID not getting created for Gallery but gets created for WordPress. Email is not sent out with password, please help.

This is still not working for me. I follow the instructions but still getting the following error:

Will me re-installing the Gallery2 and WPG2 fix the issue?

I reinstall both Gallery 2.2.5 and WPG2 plugin for WordPress. I am still experiencing the same issue. Please help as my users are starting to complain.
