Wordpress 2.6.1 + Gallery 2.2.5 + WPG 3.0.7 + WP-SuperCache 0.6.7 Breaks With WebDav and Rewrites Enabled

I have the following setup:

+ Wordpress installed at the root.
+ Gallery 2 installed at /gallery2
+ WPG2 Rewrites were setup and WebDav configured including the "OPTIONS" rewrite to fix WebDav. Without it the OPTIONS call returns a 301 which causes cron to explode.
+ When I enable supercache that causes the webdav to rewrites to get messed up.
+ WebDav rewrites then cause OPTIONS to reutrn a 301 which causes a infinite loop of death on the cron calls.

I have pretty much narrowed it down to a conflict between WebDav/HTTPAuth, WPG2, and SuperCache. Any thoughts?

Seriously try G2 2.3 RC1 as I know the G2 developers have done some work on the rewrite module. Unfortunately rewrite support under wordpress can be a bit of hit and miss, I have however managed to get Wordpress + WPG2 + G2 + Webdev working before.
