Broken images after Gallery2 embed

I successfully embedded my Gallery2 into my CPG Dragonfly.
Everything seems to work, except that the images are broken (red x's). Every image I have already, and the ones I've uploaded since the embedding. I've tried rebuilding the thumbnails in Gallery2, which didn't work. I'm not sure what else I can try. The Gallery2 logo image shows, but none of my images.
I tried turning LEO on and off, it makes no difference. Also followed some direction I found on here about URL Rewrite. If I activate/configure the URL Rewrite in Gallery2 at all, it actually breaks my links to the albums and pics in my Gallery2 (via dragonfly).
I'm at wits end here. Hoping someone here can help.

My info:
Gallery version = 2.2.5 core 1.2.0.7
CMS Version 9.2.1

please post a few links to help us diagnose the problem:
- a link to a g2 page which shows an image (e.g. a photo or an album page)
- a link to an dragonfly embedded g2 page which shows an image (e.g. a photo or an album page)

The urls to your images are similar to:
http://www.modules.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=187&g2_serialNumber=2
I I suspect that your embedding code/configuration is wrong.

Unfortunately, the integration package for Dragonfly on this site is a dead link now. Well, not dead exactly, the site it goes to has been redone it looks like and the package is gone. I had to find what I think is the same package from another site (trying to remember where). It was simple enough to install, but I'm stuck at this point and really don't know where or what to start digging for
