Changing User Prices

I have just started using Gallery2, and I am taking over for the person who installed it on a website. What I am trying to do is this: G2 is installed on the website of a photo lab, and the owners would like for photographers to be able to register, log on, and create their own password-protected albums. They want each photographer to be able to set prices based on the individual albums so that customers can log in, view the pictures, and order. At this point, the owner of the lab is having to upload the photos to different albums, and hasn't been able to set individual prices. I am looking through all of the permissions, etc., but I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me, or tell me that this can't be done. Thank you.
