how can I make Ffmpeg work?? and about GOOGLE MAP

Hello! I have been reading some posts and the instruction about "Ffmpeg " and I cant make it work
I download the file from the website (this website) and when I put the patch nothing
I usually put it in my C:/patch that is the folder,
anyway each time when I put that and click in TEST
it shows me this

"The path you entered isn't a valid path to a ffmpeg binary. "

It was in a ZIP and I unzip the file and put it in the URL in gallery2 to configure it and nothing, later I thought OHH maybe i dont need to unzip and the same thing and nothing I am getting mad and crazy and I am doing the same steps that gallery2 says

where can I find the Ffmpeg binary??

Finally I did it, well I am writing this after I wrote it before, anyway I made the Ffmpeg works, but when I upload a movie, (its AVI) i can;t see it in my website it says DOWNLOAD MOVIE. but i want people see it over my website like youtube, what can i do?

I have a question how can I make GOOGLE MAP works too... I am doing what google says but nothing well they give me to put some codes in my Index or first page but each time when I put it it doesnt work well it doesnt work my gallery2
