Gallery Security and CHMOD Settings

OK I had an old version of Gallery. It got hacked only took me a little over a day to upgrade to version 1.5.8 So how can I secure this baby up so it cant be hacked again? It seems to me that if all the files are 777 that its wide open? What do you think? Thanks Dustin |

The only way I was able to get the gallery to work was under "albums" to change all the folders and files and files under each album to CHMOD 777 (except for the .dat and .bak files in each album which are at 644).
