Url Rewrite Issue

Hi,

I'm new to this forum. I want to have my url like

domainname.com/category-name/ not domainname.com/category+name/

Currently by default + is replaced by blank space when I crate an album.

Also url like www.domain.com/category/imagename.jpg.html should be

www.domain.com/category/imagename.html.

Can it be possible ? Id yes please let me know how I can do this.
