Problems with random-block after changing ISP's -Please Hel

I get the following error:

Warning: rand() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/victorf/public_html/modules/gallery/block-random.php on line 138
ERROR: requested index [] out of bounds [11]
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/victorf/public_html/modules/gallery/classes/Album.php on line 570

If I delete the block-random.cache file then I will get a photo in the block. But, as soon as a refresh is done, the photo goes away and the above error comes up.

I just transferred the gallery and all my software/database from one ISP to another. Everything else seems to work. The gallery seems to work. Just the block-random has problems.

I got the same errors! Have you found what causes the error?!
