What Does This Error Mean? :Invalid argument supplied for...

I am seeing the following error at my website (www.eleven43.com) using the random block:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/eleven43/public_html/gallery/block-random.php on line 234
No photo chosen.

Can anyone shed more light on what the exact problem is and how I can fix it, please? I am not PHP proficient, so I would appreciate any help.
Everything has been working fine for many weeks and this occurred out of the blue (or after I uploaded new photos). What could be the problem?
