Every now and then someone goes beyond the call of duty and does something really nice. I just want to thank Joan, one of the moderators of the Installation and Configuration Help forum, for helping me get things going with Gallery. This wasn't just an answer to a question, this was rolling up the ol' sleeves and looking right under the hood so-to-speak.

I'll second that motion.

I do not know how many questions I have had that she answered correctly within hours.

@galleryguy.... it was cool of you to take the initiative to do this too!
