<mydomain>/wpg2 displays gallery2 update page

I just upgraded to Wordpress 2.6.2 with Gallery 2.2.4 and installed WPG2.3.0.7

now the problem just is, I can't access the fotos via embedded <wpg>??</wpg> tags and the path /WPG2. when I call that path, I'm re-directed to the gallery2 upgrade page...what gives?

I'm still having the same problems...does anybody have an idea what causes this?

Yes, your Gallery2 needs to be upgraded, please upgrade your Gallery2 installation.
