phpcms (http://phpcms.de) is a flat file based content management system. It allows integration of various scripts and is perfectly customizable in point of style and design. under http://phpcms.de/forum/showthread.php?id=3721&eintrag=0 exists a German description how to integrate gallery in phpcms.
