guest uploading pictures & must not see them

hello, iam using gallery2 and i need a way
for guests user to upload their pictures, but the pictures
must remain "unviewable" for guests..
e.g. an upload that nobody but the admin can access.. but EVERYBODY can upload files?
any suggestions?!?
