Beginner Integration Trouble

Hello,

Hopefully these questions are easy. I installed Wordpress and built my own theme with it without much difficulty, and installed Gallery2 and WPG2 over the weekend without much trouble.

However, I'm having a hard time getting everything working together.

1. I can't change the width of the Gallery subpage. Changing the width in "WPG2 Page Style & CSS Options" of the WPG2 tab in WP's dashboard does nothing, regardless of what size I make it. Oddly enough, changing the padding in that code snippet totally works. Only the customized width is ignored.

2. The Gallery page in Wordpress uses my WP theme's header and footer beautifully. However, it removes the WP sidebar's contents. I'd be fine with this if Gallery took up the whole screen, but it doesn't, so I end up with a blank sidebar, and a Gallery that takes up only 3/4 of my screen. If I could change the width this wouldn't be a problem.

3. This is probably something dumb I have missed, but what PHP files do I edit to change the look of the Gallery subpage. Ideally, my Gallery subpage would just be rows and columns of the main albums, matching the color scheme of my WP theme.

I really have tried to find examples or answers through the forums and by googling. I feel pretty comfortable with WP but I feel like I'm missing some simple aspects of Gallery/WPG2, at least as far as look&feel goes. Sorry! Any help would be Awesome!
