Adding albums named after world countries en masse..

Hi,
I'd like to add over a 100 albums to my database at the top level of gallery.
I have a list of album names(names of world countries). I assume the easiest way would be to insert these directly into my database using phpmyadmin, rather than creating and naming over a 100 empty folders and uploading them via ftp. How would i go about inserting this list into the database? thx, Yasha.
