I have been pointed to rel="nofollow" in a disucussion re search engine friendly urls - http://gallery.menalto.com/node/82459 Quote:
I try to explain what I mean. Which template of the hybrid-theme do I have to modify that links from a jpg.html-page are not indexed, but other pages are indexed? How should I do it? <meta name="robots" content="nofollow"> Is there a better solution? |

I took a look at the hybrid theme, this is actually how the hybrid theme functions. It might be able to be changed to function differently, yet still look and behave the same.
Someone in here might have an idea on how to edit theme.inc so it's not returning showId in the URL. Looking at the source of my pages in 2.3 I can't find that anywhere in there on the album or photo pages. But I don't have 2.2.5 available to me right now and it looks like some changes have happened to the hybrid template, just don't know if they caused or fixed this and I don't know if those changes were before or after 2.2.5 was released.
Other options I'd look at, find a different theme or create a custom theme.
