Block code?

Can someone tell a noob like me what exactly I should write in the random block?
It is obviously not enough to put only the http://.... there must be some sort of html code infront (and behind maybe), and I have NO idea what that should be.

To use the Random Image code as a side block on my PostNuke site, I created a PHP block and inserted the following code in it ...

At the moment, my Gallery installation is down due to a corrupted set of Album files, so you can't visit the site to see it working. Sorry. I hope to get it back up and working soon.
